WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an ATG Contract Recruiter, you'll connect qualified commercial truck drivers with top-paying carrier opportunities.

Make outbound calls and texts to identify qualified CDL drivers looking for new opportunities.

Pre-qualify candidates against carrier requirements and submit applications through TenStreet.

Get paid $500–$1,500+ per driver placed, with bonus lanes available for premium carriers.

1099 Independent Contractor

You are not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.

Commission-Only Pay

No base salary. You earn when drivers are placed and seated on a truck.

30-Day Expectation

Full Activation recruiters are expected to produce at least 1 hire within 30 days.

$65/Month Platform Fee
